6 Weeks - 13 Months
Luna & Me
Luna & Me is a special program to help babies develop. We use easy exercises and fun songs to help them learn how to interact with others and become coordinated.
13 Months - 22 Months
Pups
Pups is a fun fitness class for young kids that helps them learn about moving their bodies. The class is playful and helps kids with balance, coordination, and being aware of their own bodies.
23 Months - 2.5 Years
Super Pups
Super Pups helps toddlers improve their coordination through fun activities that focus on agility. We also do things as a group to help your child learn how to socialize and work together with others. This class is perfect for helping your toddler develop physically and socially.
2.5 Years - 3.5 Years
Scouts
Scouts is a fun fitness class that improves motor skills through obstacle courses, group games, and gymnastics. It develops listening, problem-solving, and independence in children for future success.
3.5 Years - 4.5 Years
Omega
Omega is a fun exercise class for kids. It helps them become better at moving their bodies and thinking in their brains. They will do tricky courses and games with their friends. This class makes kids better at working together, solving problems, and feeling good about themselves. It will help them in the future.
4.5 Years - 13 Years
Tumbling
Our Tumbling class is a dynamic fitness program that introduces children to the fundamentals of gymnastics. With a focus on agility, balance, and coordination, this class helps children develop physical strength and flexibility.

Spartan
Spartan class is designed to challenge children and help them reach their full potential. This class incorporates a variety of exercises and activities designed to improve strength, endurance, and agility
